Position: Restaurant Manager

Salary: Up to AED 15,000 all-inclusive, depending on qualifications and experience

About the Client:
Our client is a prominent hospitality venue in Dubai, celebrated for its immersive fine dining and upscale entertainment experiences. They are currently seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager with a passion for premium service and deep expertise in pre-opening luxury dining concepts.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellence in service, ambiance, and guest satisfaction.

Lead pre-opening activities, including hiring, training, and operational setup for a new or relaunched luxury venue.

Collaborate with culinary and entertainment teams to deliver unforgettable dining experiences aligned with brand vision.

Implement service standards, monitor quality control, and manage customer feedback.

Train and manage front-of-house staff, fostering a high-performance and guest-centric culture.

Monitor financial performance, control costs, and contribute to strategic planning for business growth.
Requirements:

Must be based in the UAE, aged 40 years or below.

Open to Asian, Arabic, and CIS nationals.

Strong leadership experience in a premium or fine dining restaurant, preferably in Dubai.

Prior experience in restaurant pre-opening, including team setup and training.

In-depth knowledge of Turkish or Middle Eastern cuisine is a strong advantage.

Fluent in English; Arabic or Turkish language skills are a plus.

Passionate about delivering luxury hospitality and exceeding guest expectations.
