The ideal candidate will have experience in restaurant management, a strong focus on guest experience, and a capacity for building and developing teams. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient functioning.

Manage revenue, profitability, and quality goals for the restaurant.

Train, coach, and mentor staff to ensure high performance and development.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 5 years of experience in full-service or fine/casual dining restaurant management.
