Position Summary

We are seeking a warm, articulate, and service-driven Restaurant Hostess to be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring their dining experience starts on the right note. You will manage reservations, coordinate seating, and support smooth front-of-house operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor

• Manage restaurant reservations using the CRM and online booking system

• Answer phone calls and handle inquiries according to company standards

• Show guests to their tables and introduce the restaurant’s concept

• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to manage guest flow

• Relay allergy information and guest preferences to staff accurately

• Address guest complaints or special requests with empathy and efficiency

• Maintain a neat and organized reception area

• Stay informed about menu items, specials, and ingredients to assist guests

Requirements

• Prior experience as a hostess or in a similar hospitality/front desk role

• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic or other languages are a plus)

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

• Ability to stay calm and courteous in fast-paced or stressful situations

• Familiarity with restaurant reservation systems and CRM tools
