Job Title: Residential & Commercial Cleaning Specialist

Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Cleaning Specialist to join our team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role involves performing detailed cleaning tasks in both residential and commercial spaces while ensuring high standards of hygiene, safety, and customer service. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, respectful, and ready to deliver exceptional cleaning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out daily cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.

• Deep clean kitchens, bathrooms, windows, and high-traffic areas.

• Sanitize furniture, appliances, and all surface areas to maintain hygiene.

• Refill cleaning supplies and report shortages or equipment issues.

• Follow client-specific instructions and detailed cleaning checklists.

• Maintain a professional attitude and respect client privacy and property.

• Promptly report damages, hazards, or unusual findings to supervisors.

• Always adhere to company hygiene, safety, and quality standards.

• Support team members and take on additional cleaning tasks when needed.

Skills & Requirements:

• Gender: Female applicants only

• Minimum 1 year of cleaning experience preferred

• Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks

• Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals, tools, and proper usage

• Ability to communicate in basic English (Arabic is a plus)

• Must be currently residing in Dubai and available for immediate joining

• Punctual, trustworthy, and a team player with a respectful attitude
