We are seeking an experienced Senior Resident Engineer to lead on-site construction supervision for high-end residential and hospitality developments in Dubai. This role serves as the primary representative of the consultancy on-site, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality, design integrity, and compliance.

The successful candidate will oversee all site activities, ensuring construction aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines. You will collaborate closely with contractors, consultants, and internal design teams to resolve technical challenges, maintain progress, and uphold the original design vision—especially critical for luxury villas and hospitality projects where precision and detailing are essential.

Key responsibilities include managing daily site operations, conducting inspections, reviewing shop drawings and material submissions, and ensuring adherence to QA/QC procedures and local authority regulations. You will lead coordination and progress meetings, issue site instructions, and supervise multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project execution.

This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage complex construction environments while maintaining client-facing professionalism.

Requirements (Rewritten)

• 12–18 years of experience in construction supervision or site-based roles

• Currently working as a Resident Engineer or in a similar senior consultancy role

• Proven experience delivering luxury villas, high-end residential, or hospitality projects

• Strong technical expertise in drawings, specifications, materials, and QA/QC processes

• Demonstrated ability to manage contractors and multidisciplinary teams

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Mandatory UAE experience with knowledge of local regulations and authority approvals

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field

• Valid UAE driving license preferred

Salary

AED 30,000 – 37,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances)
