🔸 About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Resident Engineer to lead all on-site engineering and technical operations for a prestigious high-rise construction project in Dubai. This role is critical to ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

🔸 Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all site-based engineering and construction activities ensuring compliance with design documents, specifications, and regulatory standards.

• Act as the primary interface between the contractor, consultants, project management, and the client.

• Monitor progress, identify potential risks, and recommend proactive mitigation strategies.

• Lead quality assurance/control, technical documentation, RFI reviews, and inspections.

• Ensure compliance with all local health, safety, and environmental regulations.

• Supervise material testing, structural inspections, and systems commissioning.

• Maintain up-to-date project records including RFIs, submittals, reports, and change orders.

• Report regularly on performance metrics, project milestones, and contractor deliverables.

• Resolve technical conflicts and coordinate design adjustments with stakeholders.

🔸 Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

• Minimum 15 years of total experience, with proven delivery of high-rise or tower construction projects.

• Solid understanding of Dubai construction codes, safety standards, and regulatory frameworks.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Previous consultancy or PMCM experience highly preferred.
