🧑‍💼 About the Role:

We are hiring a Resident Engineer to lead the site-based supervision and coordination of high-profile marine, beach, and artificial island construction projects. The ideal candidate will act as the Engineer’s Representative, overseeing the entire construction process, ensuring technical excellence, quality compliance, and smooth stakeholder collaboration.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the Engineer’s Representative for supervising site works and ensuring project milestones are met.

• Lead construction supervision, quality assurance, and financial controls on-site.

• Coordinate with contractors, manage change orders, and monitor project progress.

• Report on delays, risks, and technical matters to the Project Management Consultant (PMC) and Public Works Authority (PWA).

• Perform claim assessments and participate in contract close-out procedures.

• Oversee HSE compliance and safety standards on all work fronts.

• Conduct and chair regular project progress and coordination meetings.

• Ensure seamless communication between construction, design, and client teams.

✅ Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech/BE).

• 12–18 years of overall experience, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership or Resident Engineer role.

• Extensive experience in marine works, reclamation, artificial islands, and coastal projects.

• In-depth knowledge of FIDIC contracts (various editions) and project lifecycle management.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team coordination abilities.

• UAE project experience is mandatory.

• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).

• Arab nationals preferred.
