EF Language Abroad is looking for an energetic and approachable Residence Advisor Intern to join their Dubai team. This part-time, on-site/live-in internship provides an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic international environment, directly supporting the well-being and experience of international students living at the EF residence. The role includes room and board, making it a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in education, hospitality, or student services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and support students during check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth and warm onboarding experience.

• Conduct regular room checks to maintain EF’s quality standards in student accommodations.

• Be on-call for emergencies, including supporting students with hospital visits or urgent issues.

• Lead and participate in student events and activities, acting as a tour guide and mentor to create memorable cultural experiences.

• Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive residence environment by maintaining strong communication with students and staff.

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.

• Friendly, approachable, and positive attitude when facing challenges.

• Strong attention to detail and an enthusiastic, solution-oriented mindset.

• Previous experience studying, working, or living abroad is highly desirable.
