We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Reservations Manager – Rooms to lead our reservations department. If you have a passion for hospitality, leadership, and revenue optimization, this is your opportunity to be part of a world-class team!


Key Responsibilities:

📞 Reservations Management

  • Oversee daily operations of the reservations team, ensuring seamless efficiency.

  • Maximize room revenue by implementing effective sales and pricing strategies.

  • Maintain and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for consistent service quality.

👥 Team Leadership & Training

  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing reservations team.

  • Conduct performance management, coaching, and disciplinary actions as needed.

  • Motivate and empower the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

💡 Operational Excellence

  • Track no-shows, late cancellations, commissions, and rate loading.

  • Manage Booking.com, WHL market segments, package creation, and group reservations.

  • Collaborate with the Reservations Director to align with business objectives.

🛎 Guest Satisfaction & Problem-Solving

  • Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.

  • Ensure a seamless booking experience across rooms, F&B reservations, and VIP requests.


About You:

2-3 years of experience in a managerial role overseeing reservations/customer service teams in a luxury hotel or call center.
8+ years of experience in reservations, revenue management, or hospitality operations.
✔ Proven ability to lead teams, drive performance, and implement operational improvements.
✔ Strong knowledge of room reservation metrics, processes, and booking systems.
✔ Experience managing rate structures, cancellations, third-party platforms (e.g., Booking.com), and revenue optimization.
✔ Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
