Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls and assist guests with their reservations, inquiries, and complaints.

• Provide accurate information regarding Atlantis Dubai products and services.

• Ensure smooth communication with guests and offer personalized service.

• Prepare and maintain reports and documentation.

• Multi-task effectively without compromising the quality of service.

• Troubleshoot guest problems and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.

Skills Required:

• Previous experience in a call center, front office, guest relations, or hotel reservations environment.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Impeccable personal presentation and a positive attitude.

• Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure.

• Proficient in computer literacy, with knowledge of Opera systems.

• Fluency in English is required; additional fluency in Russian, Arabic, Chinese, or French is preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
