Raffles Dubai is seeking a professional Reservations Agent – Arabic Speaker to manage guest inquiries and bookings with exceptional service. The role focuses on optimizing reservations, maximizing revenue, and delivering bespoke experiences for ultra-luxury clientele. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and experience in luxury hotel reservations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage guest inquiries and reservations through calls and emails, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

• Apply revenue management strategies and pricing principles to maximize revenue and conversion.

• Deliver personalized guest experiences by understanding hotel products, services, and luxury offerings.

• Maintain data integrity in PMS systems (Opera, Resaweb) and handle rate restrictions, hurdles, and availability controls.

• Identify sales opportunities with individual travelers, corporate accounts, and luxury travel agencies.

• Assist leadership with special projects and strategic initiatives to achieve departmental goals.

• Uphold the highest quality standards and brand excellence in guest interactions.

Requirements & Skills:

• Degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Training, or relevant field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a reservations agent, preferably in luxury hotels or resorts.

• Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in Opera PMS, Resaweb, Microsoft Office, and hotel telephone systems.

• Meticulous, organized, and able to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong problem-solving mindset and adaptability to changing situations.
