Raffles Dubai is seeking a professional Reservations Agent – Arabic Speaker to manage guest inquiries and bookings with exceptional service. The role focuses on optimizing reservations, maximizing revenue, and delivering bespoke experiences for ultra-luxury clientele. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and experience in luxury hotel reservations.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage guest inquiries and reservations through calls and emails, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Apply revenue management strategies and pricing principles to maximize revenue and conversion.

Deliver personalized guest experiences by understanding hotel products, services, and luxury offerings.

Maintain data integrity in PMS systems (Opera, Resaweb) and handle rate restrictions, hurdles, and availability controls.

Identify sales opportunities with individual travelers, corporate accounts, and luxury travel agencies.

Assist leadership with special projects and strategic initiatives to achieve departmental goals.

Uphold the highest quality standards and brand excellence in guest interactions.
Requirements & Skills:

Degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Training, or relevant field.

Minimum 2 years of experience as a reservations agent, preferably in luxury hotels or resorts.

Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in Opera PMS, Resaweb, Microsoft Office, and hotel telephone systems.

Meticulous, organized, and able to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
