Hyatt is looking for a dedicated Reservation Agent – Arabic Speaker to join our team. As a Reservation Agent, you will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless booking process for guests. Your primary responsibilities will include managing room reservations, providing information about hotel services, and upselling to maximize revenue while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming calls and emails related to room reservations in a courteous and professional manner.

Manage guest bookings using the hotel’s reservation system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Provide information on room rates, availability, packages, and hotel facilities to potential guests.

Process modifications and cancellations of reservations, ensuring all updates are reflected correctly.

Upsell rooms and promote hotel services to maximize revenue.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel promotions, events, and policies.

Collaborate with Front Office, Sales, and Revenue teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Maintain guest confidentiality and data privacy in all communications and systems.

Prepare daily and weekly reservation reports for management review.

Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Candidate Requirements:

Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written; additional languages are a plus.

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (reservations or front office).

Proficient in PMS/reservation systems such as Opera, Fidelio, or similar software.

Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.

Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
