A leading organization in Dubai is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Research Project Manager to spearhead the development of research, white papers, and thought leadership initiatives that foster collaboration between business, philanthropy, and government. This full-time, on-site role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to impactful work across the UAE and the Global South.
The ideal candidate will lead large-scale studies and strategic briefings, working closely with senior stakeholders to produce data-driven insights that inform policy and drive cross-sector engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct research and analysis on philanthropy, business diplomacy, and geo-economic trends
– Design and manage insight projects, including reports, surveys, and stakeholder briefings
– Organize and facilitate high-level insight sessions for leaders in business, government, and philanthropy
– Produce compelling content such as white papers, presentations, and policy recommendations
– Build and maintain relationships with local and international stakeholders
– Ensure timely delivery of all research outputs and maintain internal knowledge systems
– Collaborate with research, communications, and events teams to align deliverables with strategic goals
Candidate Profile:
– 10+ years of experience in research, policy, or consulting, preferably in international business or philanthropy
– Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
– Proven ability to distill complex data into actionable insights
– Exceptional writing and presentation skills tailored to senior audiences
– Experience managing research programs and engaging with high-level stakeholders
– Familiarity with geo-economic and global development issues
– Proficiency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage
– Willingness to travel occasionally
– Degree in International Relations, Public Policy, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
