Professional.me, an AI-powered talent management platform based in Abu Dhabi, is seeking a Research Intern for the upcoming Fall Term. This internship offers students and recent graduates a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, tech-driven startup environment. The role is on-site at their Yas Mall HQ and involves working across various departments including Partnerships, Outreach, Sales, and Marketing.

Interns will not be tasked with routine administrative work—instead, they will directly contribute to meaningful projects that inform business strategy and product direction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth market and industry research to support strategic initiatives

• Assist with competitor analysis and explore opportunities for third-party integrations

• Participate in meetings and provide insights to support decision-making

• Collaborate with internal teams to collect, organize, and present research findings

• Draft internal reports and documentation clearly and accurately

Skills and Qualifications Required:

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an accredited academic program (within the last year)

• Must hold a valid visa

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

• Curious, motivated, and eager to learn new concepts and technologies

• Able to manage time independently and meet deadlines

• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Internship Details:

• Minimum commitment of 16 hours per week

• On-site attendance required at least 2 days per week (Yas Mall HQ and/or ADGM)

• Internship duration is for the Fall Term (exact dates to be discussed during interviews)

• Monthly stipend provided to cover incidental expenses
