ACCEL Human Resource Consultants is seeking a Research Associate to join a boutique market research consultancy in Dubai. This role is focused on conducting in-depth market research to uncover consumer behavior patterns and brand insights, and translating those into actionable recommendations for clients. The Research Associate will engage in focus group moderation, data analysis, and reporting to support client decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand business objectives and research needs.

• Design research questionnaires, moderator guides, and project methodologies.

• Moderate focus groups in English and Arabic to gather consumer insights.

• Translate, transcribe, and analyze research findings.

• Prepare clear, insightful reports and deliver presentations to clients.

• Ensure fieldwork is executed smoothly, accurately, and at high quality.

• Provide recommendations based on data analysis to guide client strategies.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

• MBA or graduate/post-graduate degree in Business Management or Psychology.

• Strong proficiency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken).

• Passion for research, consumer behavior, and brand insights.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized.

• Strong analytical and communication skills.

• Tech-savvy with the ability to manage deadlines effectively.
