Job Title: Remote Sales Manager

With over 2,000 successful projects across the UAE, USA, Europe, and Asia, we offer turnkey residential and commercial construction solutions—from design to delivery in just 3.5 months.
We are now looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to work remotely, focusing on clients in the UAE market.
Your Key Responsibilities:

Manage the complete sales cycle from qualifying inbound CRM leads to outbound prospecting and follow-up

Conduct video calls and product presentations for potential clients, showcasing Ecolit’s innovative solutions

Collaborate with senior leadership to create tailored commercial proposals

Analyze and enhance sales funnel performance, identifying opportunities to improve conversion rates

Close deals and ensure a smooth transition to project implementation
Ideal Candidate Profile:

2+ years of experience in B2C sales, ideally in real estate, construction, or tech

Advanced English communication skills; Arabic is a strong advantage

Familiarity with CRM tools, office software, and PDF documentation

Strong understanding of the sales process—from discovery and presentation to objection handling and closing

Analytical mindset with a proactive, results-driven approach
