Job Title: Remote Executive Operations Partner

This role offers an opportunity to go beyond traditional administrative support by offering strategic assistance, operational excellence, and proactive solutions to decision-makers across dynamic industries.
As an Executive Partner, you will become a trusted right hand to high-level clients, empowering them to work smarter, reduce distractions, and focus on what matters most. This is a full-time, remote position with flexible working hours aligned with your client’s time zone.
Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support: Schedule and coordinate meetings, manage calendars, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items.

Email & Communication Management: Maintain organized inboxes, respond to correspondence, and communicate professionally on behalf of clients.

Project & Task Management: Track project milestones, prioritize responsibilities, and support seamless team collaboration.

Financial Administration: Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping.

Research & Reports: Conduct market or internal research and generate concise, data-backed reports.

Content & Social Media: Support with content creation and scheduling to maintain consistent branding.

Tech & Tool Integration: Leverage tools like Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, or Zoom to maximize efficiency.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Minimum 3 years of experience in executive support, project coordination, or client services.

Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).

Exceptional time management, prioritization, and organization abilities.

Independent, proactive, and solution-driven mindset.

Proficient in digital tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, Zoom.

High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Express, Notion, Asana, or Trello.

Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce.
