Job Title: Relocation Services Consultant
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Relocation Services Consultant to join our team in delivering seamless destination and immigration support for international assignees. As the main point of contact for our clients, you will be responsible for managing relocation services from initiation through completion, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for assignees while maintaining operational excellence.
You’ll coordinate with field consultants, vendors, and internal teams to provide personalized relocation support while meeting performance KPIs and client satisfaction targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Acknowledge service initiations within one business day and open cases on the company’s Relocation Management Platform.

Make initial contact with assignees within one business day to confirm services and collect key information.

Verify client data and documentation to ensure service accuracy.

Assign tasks to Field Consultants when internal capacity is limited or for remote locations, and brief them accordingly.

Monitor service progress and provide timely updates and reports to clients and RMCs.

Ensure adherence to internal processes, SLAs, and data entry accuracy across platforms.

Maintain client satisfaction levels above 95% through consistent and quality service delivery.

Handle client concerns and service-related issues promptly and professionally.

Liaise with vendors and report operational challenges to the Regional Operations Manager.

Respond to client inquiries and submit operational documentation as required.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure streamlined service delivery.

Ensure timely and accurate invoicing for services rendered.

Participate in training sessions and team calls to stay aligned with company standards.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; minimum 3 years of experience in the service or relocation industry.

Proficient computer skills and familiarity with CRM or service tracking platforms.

Advanced English and Arabic proficiency required.
