Key Responsibilities:

• Build and nurture strong customer relationships through expert consultation on banking and life insurance products.

• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets while ensuring a balanced and compliant product portfolio.

• Educate customers on the features and benefits of RAKBANK’s insurance offerings and identify cross-selling opportunities.

• Collaborate with internal teams, particularly Bancassurance Coordinators, to streamline the application process.

• Process customer requests accurately and efficiently, adhering to regulatory and internal standards.

• Monitor competitor activity and provide feedback to improve internal sales strategies and service delivery.

• Uphold the bank’s code of conduct, service standards, and compliance requirements.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.

• 2–3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in banking, insurance, or financial services.

• Strong knowledge of life insurance and retail banking products.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer engagement skills.

• Ability to work under pressure, achieve KPIs, and maintain customer satisfaction.
