Sygnum Bank, a global digital asset banking group with Swiss and Singapore heritage, is hiring a Relationship Manager for its Private Banking team in Abu Dhabi. This full-time hybrid role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about the convergence of traditional finance and digital assets.

As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing private and corporate clients, leading onboarding processes, and offering strategic support across digital asset banking services. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to Sygnum’s growing footprint in the UAE and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage client relationships with private and corporate clients

• Oversee prospect pipelines, prioritize client needs, and ensure proactive support

• Lead client onboarding in collaboration with Legal, Compliance, and Operations teams

• Provide expert support in areas such as transactions, contracts, and technical queries

• Maintain a deep understanding of crypto markets and regulatory frameworks

• Represent Sygnum at conferences and strengthen local blockchain industry network

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (MSc/MBA/CFA is a plus)

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in client-facing roles at regulated financial institutions

• Proven expertise in onboarding private clients and corporate entities

• Familiarity with Swiss banking and ADGM regulations

• Strong relationship-building and consultative skills with attention to detail

• Knowledge of blockchain and digital assets (existing network is a plus)

• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is a plus
