Position: Relationship Manager – Trading

Role Overview

The Relationship Manager – Trading will be responsible for acquiring new clients, promoting trading products, and maintaining long-term relationships with active traders. This role is highly target-driven and ideal for professionals with experience in Forex, crypto, or financial trading sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively source and onboard new clients interested in Forex, CFD, and cryptocurrency trading

• Present and promote trading platforms, products, and value-added services to prospective clients

• Build, manage, and nurture long-term client relationships to drive retention and trading activity

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets, KPIs, and revenue goals

• Conduct regular follow-ups to support client engagement and satisfaction

• Stay updated on market trends, financial products, and digital asset developments

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience:

• Open to all Arabic nationalities aged 32 years and below

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience within Forex, Crypto, or Trading environments

• Strong understanding of financial markets, trading instruments, and digital assets

• Proven ability to work in a target-driven, performance-based sales role

• Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
