This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners, while ensuring smooth communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

Client Needs Analysis:

Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions to enhance their experience.

Primary Point of Contact:

Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Collaboration:

Work with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and project management, to ensure seamless communication and project delivery.

Client Interaction:

Facilitate meetings and presentations with clients to provide project updates and gather feedback.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in client relationship management, preferably in real estate development.

Skills:

Strong understanding of real estate development processes and market dynamics.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Languages: Fluent in Chinese, French, Turkish, or Arabic is a must.
