Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) is seeking a skilled and client-focused Relationship Manager to join its Privilege Club team in Dubai. This role is part of the Retail Banking Group (RBG), which supports individual and micro-business customers with a comprehensive suite of conventional and Shari’ah-compliant financial products and services. The Relationship Manager will play a vital role in maintaining and growing a portfolio of privileged clients by offering tailored financial solutions, conducting portfolio reviews, and identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities. Candidates must have a strong background in relationship management, in-depth knowledge of financial markets, and the ability to lead client interactions effectively.
Key Responsibilities:

Build, manage, and grow strong relationships with privilege banking clients.

Conduct periodic reviews of client portfolios, identify areas of improvement, and recommend relevant banking products and services.

Actively solicit feedback and enhance client experience through personalized service.

Collaborate with internal teams to develop new products based on customer feedback.

Analyze product usage data and assist in planning sales activities.

Support financial target achievement by executing assigned day-to-day responsibilities.

Identify sales opportunities through portfolio analysis and client interaction to promote cross-sell and upsell initiatives.

Ensure full compliance with organizational policies, SOPs, and customer service standards.

Exhibit leadership in customer service by demonstrating ADCB’s core values and service promise.

Actively manage own professional development in line with ADCB’s learning and growth initiatives.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, or related field.
Minimum Experience:

At least 6 years of experience in relationship management within the banking or financial services industry.

Contract Type: Full-time, Contract
Salary: AED 9,000 – AED 14,000 per month
