Commercial Bank International is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager – Priority Banking to manage a portfolio of affluent clients. The ideal candidate will provide tailored wealth management solutions, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive profitability. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of priority banking clients, providing personalized financial solutions

Conduct financial need analysis (client profiling) and periodic portfolio reviews

Achieve revenue targets across a broad range of banking products (investments, CASA, term deposits, mortgages, credit cards, bancassurance)

Enhance customer loyalty and retention through consistent relationship management

Work closely with product specialists to offer customized wealth management services
-
Resolve client issues promptly without escalation

Conduct KYC checks, monitor account activity, and report suspicious behavior in line with compliance policies

Ensure adherence to internal procedures, audit standards, and Central Bank regulations
Candidate Requirements:
Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, or a related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in banking sales, preferably in priority or wealth management
Key Skills:

Proven relationship-building and client retention abilities
-
In-depth knowledge of financial products and wealth management services

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Proficient in CRM tools and client engagement systems

Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks
