Relationship Manager – Corporate Banking

Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) is inviting experienced banking professionals to join its Corporate Banking Division as a Relationship Manager. This role offers the opportunity to manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients while delivering tailored banking solutions that drive financial success. The Relationship Manager will work closely with commercial and institutional clients, ensuring long-term business relationships and sustainable growth aligned with ADCB’s vision of excellence in banking services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Client Acquisition: Identify and onboard new corporate clients through financial analysis, credit application processing, and relationship-building to achieve revenue and business targets.

  • Portfolio Management: Manage existing client portfolios by providing tailored banking solutions, promoting value-added services, and enhancing client engagement to drive portfolio growth.

  • Risk Management: Conduct client visits to evaluate financial performance and risk profiles, ensuring timely updates to approving authorities.

  • Reporting: Maintain detailed client dossiers capturing comprehensive information for accurate analysis and service delivery.

  • Compliance & Policy Adherence: Follow all relevant policies, processes, and procedures to ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service to clients by adhering to ADCB’s customer experience standards and ensuring professional and proactive communication.

  • Self-Management: Contribute effectively to team goals and uphold ADCB’s people management practices for professional excellence.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance.

  • Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience managing client relationships and portfolios within corporate or commercial banking.

  • Strong understanding of balance sheet analysis and key financial ratios.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and mitigate financial risks.
