Job Overview:
Mashreq is seeking a Relationship Manager – Business Banking to manage existing Small Enterprise (SE) relationships and originate new business within local business communities. This role focuses on achieving financial and non-financial objectives while deepening customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and nurture a portfolio of Small Enterprise (SE) relationships.

Originate new-to-bank customers and generate business leads from walk-ins and local communities.

Upsell, cross-sell, and deepen existing customer relationships with tailored banking solutions.

Seamlessly onboard new clients and manage transitions from other teams following defined procedures.

Identify opportunities to upgrade customers to Middle Enterprise (ME) category by profiling and understanding their needs.

Ensure quality and soundness of the SE portfolio, including KYC compliance, due diligence, and anti-money laundering checks.

Provide proactive relationship management while meeting assigned targets.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Proven experience in business banking or relationship management.

Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills.

Knowledge of banking products and services for SMEs.

Ability to identify business opportunities and generate leads.

Familiarity with regulatory and compliance procedures (KYC, AML).
