Mashreq, one of the leading financial institutions in the UAE, is looking for an experienced Relationship Manager – Business Banking to join their Small Enterprise (SE) segment. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for managing an existing portfolio and acquiring new business clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow a portfolio of Small Enterprise (SE) clients.

Source and acquire new-to-bank SE customers through networking and walk-ins.

Deliver complete banking solutions, including borrowing, deposit, and transaction services.

Deep-sell and cross-sell relevant banking products and services.

Seamlessly onboard newly sourced or downgraded accounts from the ME team using defined processes.

Monitor account activities for compliance with KYC, AML, and other regulatory procedures.

Identify opportunities to upgrade clients to the Middle Enterprise (ME) category.
Skills & Qualifications Required:

Proven experience in business banking or SME client management.

Strong understanding of financial products and relationship management.

Excellent sales, networking, and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in risk assessment, client onboarding, and due diligence processes.

Strong communication and customer engagement abilities.
