Mashreq Bank is seeking a Relationship Manager to manage existing Small Enterprise (SE) relationships and source new ones. This role focuses on achieving financial objectives by meeting the banking needs of customers, driving revenue through cross-selling, and ensuring quality portfolio management. The ideal candidate will have strong relationship management skills and experience in banking sales and services.
Key Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Management: Manage existing relationships and source new-to-bank customers to drive business growth.

Revenue Generation: Enhance relationship revenue by cross-selling the full range of banking products, aiming to become the primary bank for each relationship.

Portfolio Management: Conduct annual credit reviews, ensuring timely recommendations for appropriate credit facilities and maintaining an acceptable portfolio quality.

Account Monitoring: Ensure satisfactory account conduct and early rectification of credit issues.

Market Screening: Actively seek new business opportunities and collaborate with internal and external advisors to ensure precise agreements.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to KYC, anti-money laundering, and other regulatory policies.

Customer Upgrade: Upgrade SE customers to the ME segment by offering need-based solutions.

Team Development: Mentor and train team members to grow professionally and prepare them for higher responsibilities.
Qualifications and Skills:

Experience: At least 4 years of relevant banking experience in local or international markets, with proven relationship management skills.

Education: MBA, CA, or relevant experience for regular graduates.

Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Attributes: Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a good team player.
