This full-time, on-site role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in private banking or wealth management and an established UHNW/HNW client base in the UAE. The Relationship Manager will play a pivotal role in driving client acquisition, portfolio development, and revenue growth while delivering tailored financial solutions and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage relationships with UHNW & HNW clients
• Provide customized financial planning and investment advice
• Strategically grow client portfolios using the firm’s full capabilities
• Meet KPIs including revenue targets, AUM growth, and account profitability
• Maintain high standards of service quality and client satisfaction

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in private banking or wealth management
• Established UHNW & HNW client base in the UAE (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of financial markets and investment strategies
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Interest in alternative asset classes such as venture capital, hedge funds, and crypto instruments
