Network International is seeking a Relationship Manager to manage and generate new acquiring business from the Retail Sector in the UAE. The role will focus on growing the market share within various retail segments, including luxury retail, supermarkets, and jewelry. The Relationship Manager will also be responsible for cross-selling value-added services (VAS) and ensuring the profitability of enterprise accounts.
Key Responsibilities:

Account Management: Serve as the main point of contact for merchants, resolving issues promptly and ensuring expectations are met

Revenue Generation: Focus on cross-selling and increasing revenue for each merchant

Market Research: Monitor market intelligence and identify opportunities to improve NI products and solutions

Business Case Development: Analyze costs and profitability for enterprise accounts

Customer Support: Address payment solution inquiries and escalate issues when necessary

Collaboration: Work with internal units to ensure smooth client interactions and issue resolutions

Performance Tracking: Achieve retail sector revenue targets and ensure merchants participate in relevant surveys and events
Required Qualifications & Skills:

Experience: 5+ years in the card industry with a focus on customer service

Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of payment solutions and the payments industry

Commercial Acumen: Ability to assess profitability and cost for enterprise accounts

Communication Skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and multitasking abilities

Tech Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel

License: UAE Driver’s License is required
