Cornerstone Global Partners MENA is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Manager to join a prestigious real estate developer in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling luxury and mid-tier residential properties, building and maintaining relationships with high-net-worth clients and investors, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Marketing: Actively promote and sell luxury residential properties to high-net-worth individuals and investors. Develop strategic sales plans and conduct market research to identify potential clients and stay updated on market trends.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction. Provide exceptional service throughout the sales process, including property tours and presentations to prospective buyers.

Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate sales agreements and contracts, closing deals efficiently while ensuring accurate documentation. Follow up post-sale to ensure a smooth handover and address concerns.

Reporting and Coordination: Report sales performance and market feedback to the Chief Real Estate Officer. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and coordinate with legal and finance teams for compliance.
Qualifications and Skills:

Experience: Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the luxury real estate market. Proven track record of achieving sales targets, with experience in the Dubai real estate market preferred.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.

Skills: Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office. Ability to understand and articulate luxury real estate value propositions.

Languages: Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or Chinese are a plus.
