Our client is a leading real estate developer delivering integrated property development, facilities management, and investment solutions across Dubai and the Northern Emirates.

Role Overview

We are seeking experienced Relationship Managers to drive property sales, manage client portfolios, and strengthen partnerships with investors and brokerage firms. The role requires strong sales acumen, market knowledge, and the ability to build long-term business relationships within the UAE real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Broker Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and brokerage partners.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries, negotiations, and after-sales follow-ups.

• Support broker networks to enhance project visibility and sales performance.

Sales & Business Development

• Promote and sell company real estate projects to end-users and institutional investors.

• Identify new business opportunities through networking, meetings, presentations, and property tours.

• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.

• Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and project teams to ensure seamless client experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in real estate development sales.

• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

• Fluent in English (Arabic or additional languages are an advantage).

• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).

• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
