Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service experience by answering inbound calls

Resolve customer complaints efficiently, escalating complex cases when needed

Adhere to established procedures and comply with data privacy policies
Qualifications & Skills:

Any Diploma or Bachelor’s degree

Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
