Reporting to the VP, Legal Affairs, EMEA and Associate General Counsel, this role leads the regulatory due diligence strategy and framework across multiple business units in EMEA and APAC regions:

• Critical Infrastructure and Government Services (CI&GS)

• Crisis24

• GardaWorld Security International

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategy

• Design and manage the regulatory due diligence framework.

• Provide strategic advice on joint ventures, vendor partnerships, and corporate transactions.

• Align regulatory due diligence with organizational goals and evolving international standards.

Due Diligence & Compliance

• Deliver training on due diligence, ethics, anti-bribery, sanctions, export controls, etc.

• Ensure due diligence procedures are implemented and enforced across the organization.

• Promote a culture of ethics and compliance.

Risk Management & Investigations

• Address reputational and compliance risks (e.g. human rights concerns).

• Develop and enforce mitigation policies.

• Lead complex internal investigations.

Team Leadership

• Manage and guide Due Diligence Administrators (Dubai & Nairobi).

• Set objectives, provide support, and evaluate performance.

• Facilitate team development and ensure cohesion.

Experience & Qualifications

• Experience delivering due diligence/compliance in dynamic, multinational environments.

• Expertise in international due diligence, ethics, and compliance systems.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and due diligence platforms.

• Fluent English required; Arabic or other European languages are a plus.
