GSK is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Associate as part of its Emiratization program. Open exclusively to UAE Nationals holding a Family Book, this full-time, on-site role in Dubai offers a unique opportunity to support regulatory compliance, submissions, and license maintenance across GSK’s GNE markets. Ideal for detail-oriented individuals with strong communication skills and a background in life sciences or pharmacy.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, coordinate, and submit regulatory files in compliance with UAE regulations

Ensure timely approvals and maintain marketing authorizations across GNE markets
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide regulatory input on projects
-
Support artwork creation, translations, and ensure label compliance
-
Maintain accurate data in regulatory systems (e.g., Veeva)
-
Resolve supply issues related to regulatory processes
-
Liaise with local agencies and provide regulatory intelligence to support approvals
-
Ensure compliance with GSK SOPs, and manage document archiving and records
Minimum Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree (field not specified but relevant to life sciences/regulatory affairs preferred)

Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)

Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

High attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and within a team

UAE National with valid Family Book (mandatory per Emiratization policy)
