Key Responsibilities

• Continuously evaluate patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly

• Maintain accurate, timely, and professional documentation of care delivered

• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, policies, and procedures

• Participate in ongoing professional development and clinical training sessions

Requirements

• Registered Nurse qualification with active and valid licensure

• Proven experience in clinical settings (hospital, community care, or equivalent)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure environments
