Job Overview

We are hiring a dedicated and compassionate DHA Licensed Registered Nurse to join a reputable healthcare facility in Dubai. This role is ideal for Filipino nursing professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and thrive in a multicultural clinical environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in patient treatment, recovery, and overall healthcare excellence while adhering to DHA regulations and international nursing standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective, and patient-centered nursing care in line with DHA standards and clinical protocols.

• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions, symptoms, and treatment responses accurately.

• Administer medications, injections, and treatments with precision and adherence to safety guidelines.

• Collaborate closely with physicians and healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.

• Provide emotional support, comfort, and health education to patients and their families.

• Maintain accurate medical records, reports, and nursing documentation.

• Ensure compliance with healthcare policies, infection control procedures, and regulatory requirements.

• Participate in ongoing training, health promotion programs, and quality improvement initiatives.

Candidate Requirements

• Valid Dubai Health Authority (DHA) Registered Nurse license or eligibility.

• Filipino nationality (mandatory).

• Proven experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred.

• Strong understanding of nursing procedures, patient safety, and ethical care standards.

• Fluency in English and Filipino with excellent communication skills.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multicultural healthcare environment.

• Compassionate, detail-oriented, and patient-focused mindset.

• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

• Strong ability to manage pressure and handle sensitive situations professionally.

Salary & Benefits

• AED 5,000 per month, inclusive of fixed allowances.
