Company Overview:
We are a leading distributor in the beauty industry, specializing in high-end perfumes and cosmetics across the GCC. We are now seeking a Regional Training Manager to elevate the capabilities of our beauty teams and drive customer excellence at every touchpoint.
Role Summary:
As Regional Training Manager, you will design, lead, and execute impactful training programs that empower our sales teams and beauty advisors to deliver expert-level skincare knowledge and premium customer service. You’ll play a key role in aligning regional training efforts with brand standards, market dynamics, and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement region-specific training strategies aligned with global brand goals.

Deliver engaging in-person and virtual training on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer experience.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product) to keep training content relevant and brand-aligned.

Design and maintain comprehensive training materials, including manuals, visuals, and Arabic-localized content.

Conduct in-store coaching, evaluations, and counter audits to ensure consistent performance and service standards.

Lead and mentor a team of regional trainers; support in recruitment and onboarding of new beauty advisors.

Track training outcomes using KPIs, feedback loops, and performance data; recommend improvements.

Stay updated on skincare innovations, consumer trends, and competitor strategies to maintain a cutting-edge training approach.

Support new product launches, brand events, and retail activations to ensure team readiness and brand excellence.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Cosmetic Science, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in training and development, ideally in the beauty, cosmetics, or skincare industry.

Strong expertise in skincare products and evolving beauty trends.

Proven ability to develop and deliver training programs across multiple markets.

Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.

Fluent in both English and Arabic (mandatory).

Willingness and ability to travel across the GCC.

Strong leadership qualities and a results-oriented mindset.
