Job Title: Regional Tax Compliance & Strategy Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned and detail-oriented Regional Tax Compliance & Strategy Manager to lead and manage comprehensive tax operations across multiple GCC countries including the UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman. This pivotal role involves ensuring end-to-end tax compliance, supporting transfer pricing initiatives, and managing legal documentation for tax-related matters. The ideal candidate will bring strategic insight, leadership, and deep regulatory knowledge to support the company’s financial health and legal integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
🧾 Tax Compliance Management

Oversee accurate and timely corporate tax filings across all assigned GCC countries.

Ensure strict adherence to VAT and Excise Duties compliance, including return preparation and timely submissions.

Manage product registration processes for excise compliance in UAE, Qatar, and Oman.

Ensure all Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO) regulations are met and documented appropriately.
🔄 Transfer Pricing

Assist in the development and execution of transfer pricing documentation and inter-company pricing policies.

Collaborate with internal and external teams on audits and tax authority queries.

Support periodic transfer pricing reviews across jurisdictions.
📄 Legal & Regulatory Documentation

Prepare and maintain accurate legal documents related to tax compliance.

Ensure alignment with local laws and ongoing tax updates in GCC regions.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications like CA, ACCA, CPA preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of regional tax experience, preferably in the GCC.

Strong understanding of corporate tax, VAT, excise duty, UBO regulations, and transfer pricing.

Proficiency in financial and ERP systems.
