Role Overview:

As Regional Sales Manager – Beauty Division, you will be responsible for driving growth, building long-term partnerships, and leading strategic sales initiatives within the beauty segment. You’ll own sales targets, lead client acquisition, and ensure outstanding customer satisfaction while collaborating with internal teams to scale the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Design and execute sales strategies that drive market penetration, revenue, and brand visibility.

  • Lead sales planning efforts and manage execution across key markets.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to foster repeat business and brand loyalty.

  • Act as a trusted advisor and point of contact for top-tier clients.

Market Intelligence & Analysis:

  • Monitor market trends, competitor movements, and industry shifts to identify new business opportunities.

  • Use insights to make data-driven decisions and present strategic recommendations to leadership.

Team Leadership:

  • Foster a high-performance culture by mentoring and developing sales talent.

  • Set clear KPIs, manage performance, and provide continuous training and coaching.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with marketing, logistics, and operations teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

  • Represent the brand at industry events, expos, and client meetings to enhance market presence.
