Razer Inc. is looking for an ambitious and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to oversee the growth of its business in the Middle East. This role involves leading and inspiring a high-performing sales team, establishing executive-level partnerships, and driving market share growth. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping Razer’s success in the region by collaborating with marketing, product teams, and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the growth of Razer’s business in the Middle East region, achieving revenue, margin, and market share targets.

  • Cultivate relationships with key retailers and eco-partners, driving collaborative growth.

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to create impactful campaigns.

  • Provide strategic market insights and contribute to decision-making in regional meetings.

  • Manage, inspire, and coach the regional sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

  • Design and implement strategies for product launches and up-sell opportunities.

  • Develop actionable market intelligence on pricing, competition, and channel margins.

  • Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and succession planning for the sales team.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product availability and inventory management.

  • Track and analyze KPIs, providing regular progress reports to senior leadership.

  • Drive market share growth through strategic initiatives.
