Responsibilities:

Lead the growth of Razer’s business in the Middle East region, achieving revenue, margin, and market share targets.

Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to create impactful campaigns.

Provide strategic market insights and contribute to decision-making in regional meetings.

Manage, inspire, and coach the regional sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

Design and implement strategies for product launches and up-sell opportunities.

Develop actionable market intelligence on pricing, competition, and channel margins.

Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and succession planning for the sales team.
