Chalhoub Group is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Retail Manager to oversee retail operations across multiple locations in the UAE, Qatar, and Kuwait for The Deal. This pivotal leadership role will drive customer-centric strategies, empower retail teams, and optimize sales and operational performance across the region.
As the Regional Retail Manager, you will lead the charge in elevating store efficiency, enhancing customer experience, and translating market insights into actionable strategies. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams—including HR, Marketing, Merchandising, and Finance—to ensure retail excellence is embedded across every location.
📌 Key Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire retail teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve financial targets.

Drive retail KPIs and performance metrics across multiple countries.

Partner with HR to attract, onboard, and develop high-performing talent aligned with Chalhoub’s values.

Implement coaching programs to nurture internal career growth and enhance team engagement.

Optimize store operations to streamline processes and improve service delivery.

Collaborate with Merchandising to align inventory and product strategies with market demand.

Develop and execute CRM strategies to increase customer retention and brand loyalty.

Support store events and PR initiatives in coordination with the regional marketing team.

Ensure full compliance with all legal and company policies.

Set sales goals for each store and oversee individual performance tracking.

Manage regional budgets and optimize spending for maximum impact.

Regularly travel between stores, monitor progress, and refine store-specific action plans.

Analyze regional trends and customer behavior to fine-tune business strategies.
📌 Requirements:

Proven experience leading multi-store retail operations in fashion, preferably in the UAE and/or KSA.

Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate insights into performance.

Excellent leadership and team development skills.

UAE driving license and flexibility to travel regionally.

Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
