Shorelight is seeking a Regional Recruitment Manager (RRM) for the University of the Pacific (UoP) to lead and execute the recruitment strategy targeting international students. The role focuses on developing and managing relationships with key recruitment channels, overseeing marketing activities, and ensuring the growth of UoP’s international student base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute UoP International growth plans globally, including managing recruitment activities, channel development, and marketing.

• Develop and manage key channels like agencies, high schools, and other partners to meet recruitment goals.

• Co-develop and execute regional initiatives to increase opportunities and enhance UoP’s brand visibility.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and student enrollment to optimize regional efficiency.

• Lead conversion campaigns, managing direct communication with prospective students, agents, and parents.

• Develop and implement innovative conversion strategies like peer-to-peer recruitment, webinars, and alumni engagement.

• Work with marketing teams to create and maintain a robust resource library for UoP’s recruitment needs.

• Provide training and support to recruitment teams, including agents and partners.

• Monitor and manage the scholarship strategy and its execution.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in international student recruitment or sales.

• Strong sales, account management, and goal achievement track record.

• Proven ability to work in a collaborative and matrixed environment.

• Proficiency in technology and reporting tools.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Willingness to travel across the region and internationally.

• In-depth knowledge of the international education industry, especially US higher education.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working within a joint venture or matrixed organizational structure.

• Master’s degree.

• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce.

• Experience in data analytics and reporting.
