We are hiring a Regional HR Manager (Arabic-speaking) to lead human resources operations across the MENA region. Based in Dubai, you will play a key strategic role in aligning HR practices with business goals, building a high-performance workforce, and ensuring full compliance with regional labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and execute regional HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

Oversee talent acquisition, workforce planning, and succession strategies across MENA.

Ensure compliance with UAE and MENA labor laws and internal HR policies.

Advise and support managers on employee relations, performance management, and HR best practices.

Administer performance reviews and implement employee development initiatives.

Manage compensation, benefits, and incentive programs across the region.

Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion programs to enhance employee engagement.

Collaborate with global HR teams to standardize processes and policies.

Monitor HR KPIs and generate reports to drive data-backed decision-making.
Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.

At least 7 years of HR experience, with 3+ years in a regional leadership role.

In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and familiarity with MENA regional regulations.

Proven success in recruitment, employee relations, and talent management.

Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-cultural team management skills.

Fluent in English and Arabic.

Strong analytical mindset with a strategic problem-solving approach.
