Job Title: Regional Head of Sales
We are looking for a dynamic and highly experienced Regional Head of Sales to lead our digital services and retail media growth across the UAE, Egypt, and KSA markets. This leadership role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong B2B sales background, exceptional market insight, and the ability to adapt across diverse cultural environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting and executing high-impact sales strategies, managing client relationships, and driving performance through collaboration and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets for digital services and retail media.

Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities across the UAE, Egypt, and KSA markets.

Position the company as a leading digital partner for retail, lifestyle, and other industries.
Client Relationship Management

Foster and expand relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted consultant to meet their digital transformation goals.

Source and convert new business opportunities into long-term partnerships.
Market Insights & Adaptability

Analyze regional market trends and competitors to shape sales strategy.

Propose enhancements to the company’s service offerings based on market feedback.
Team Collaboration & Leadership

Collaborate with cross-functional departments—marketing, partnerships, operations, and product—for synchronized strategy execution.

Mentor a small team or coordinate with local sales reps to ensure cohesive regional efforts.
Performance Reporting & Analytics

Measure, analyze, and report on sales performance and regional KPIs.

Use sales data to optimize strategy and identify areas for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

Minimum 10 years of sales/business development experience, ideally in digital services or retail media.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets in multiple markets.

Deep understanding of the UAE, Egypt, and KSA business environments and cultural dynamics.

Arabic language proficiency is mandatory; excellent English communication and presentation skills.

CRM and sales analytics tool proficiency.

Willingness to travel across assigned regions.
