Teaching Strategies, LLC is seeking a Regional Educational Partnerships Manager – MENA for a hybrid full-time role. This position is ideal for proactive, outgoing individuals passionate about early childhood education and looking to make a lasting impact in schools across the MENA region. The role focuses on strategic business development, relationship-building, and pedagogical support, specifically targeting schools using The Creative Curriculum® and GOLD®. The position requires residing in the Middle East.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities with international and private schools, school groups, and Ministries of Education.

Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including school owners, curriculum directors, and education leaders.

Conduct presentations and curriculum demonstrations, emphasizing play-based learning and observation-based assessment.

Guide schools through curriculum transformation and support them in adopting research-backed instructional models.

Offer professional development workshops, training sessions, and coaching to educators and administrators.

Represent Teaching Strategies at educational conferences and networking events in the region.

Provide tailored implementation support for educators transitioning to inquiry-based learning models.
Job Requirements:
-
Must reside in the Middle East.

Direct classroom experience with The Creative Curriculum® and/or GOLD®.

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Curriculum & Instruction, Early Childhood Education, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

Background as a teacher, curriculum director, school administrator, or early childhood consultant is a plus.

Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a strong advantage.

Passionate about early childhood education and developmentally appropriate teaching practices.

Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.

Ability to think strategically and creatively to expand Teaching Strategies’ presence in the region.

Comfortable working in a hybrid role with both sales and pedagogical responsibilities.
