Job Title: Regional Director
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned Regional Director to lead strategic operations and drive business expansion in automotive trading across the MENA and African regions. This high-impact leadership role requires deep expertise in supply chain optimization, sales operations, stakeholder engagement, and regulatory compliance, with a proven track record in automotive dealership, distribution, and heavy equipment sectors.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and execute strategic growth plans focused on automotive trading and dealership expansion across MENA and Africa

Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activity for data-driven decision-making

Lead end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory control, and distribution logistics

Oversee all sales and distribution channels, setting KPIs and driving performance toward aggressive growth targets

Cultivate partnerships with manufacturers, suppliers, and regional clients to support long-term business development

Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and implement cost-effective measures to ensure profitability

Ensure full compliance with international trade laws, local regulations, and industry standards

Build, mentor, and manage high-performing, cross-functional teams focused on operational excellence and innovation

Candidate Profile:

20+ years of leadership in automotive trading, business development, and dealership management including heavy machinery

Expertise in facility maintenance, preventive systems, and technical operations

Strong business acumen in contract negotiation, financial planning, and operational strategy

Proven ability to lead multicultural teams and operate across complex international markets

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Up-to-date with global automotive trends, branding strategies, and emerging technologies
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering or Business Administration
