Baker Hughes is seeking a Regional Contracts Specialist to join their Quest Integrity business team, supporting the Middle East, Europe, and Africa regions. This role involves drafting, reviewing, negotiating, interpreting, and administering various agreements and contracts to mitigate risk and support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and markup complex contract documents in accordance with established protocols.

• Negotiate terms and conditions to mitigate contractual risk.

• Manage contract negotiation workflows and administration, including intake, tracking, follow-up, execution, and filing.

• Communicate with business, legal teams, and client personnel regarding contract provisions.

• Interface with various levels of management and liaise with procurement, HSSE, and risk management.

• Ensure adherence to ethics and work conduct expectations in accordance with company guidelines.

Required Experience & Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of contract experience in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.

• Expert knowledge of contracting concepts and terms, with cross-border contract negotiation experience.

• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Experience with international trade laws and procurement departments is a plus.

• Proficient in MS Office Suite; familiarity with Salesforce is preferred.
