Gamma Pegassi TB, a technology-driven company specializing in AI-integrated solutions, CRMs, workflow automation, data dashboards, and custom web/apps, is seeking Referral Partners on a commission-only contract basis. This role is perfect for professionals with strong networks who can introduce businesses in need of tech solutions. Gamma Pegassi manages all scoping, demos, proposals, and delivery — referral partners earn 10–20% commission on closed deals, with additional incentives on retainers and repeat projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify potential clients (SMEs, startups, F&B, retail, real estate, clinics, etc.).

• Make warm introductions via LinkedIn, email, or WhatsApp.

• Submit leads through a simple form and track status.

• Coordinate with the engineering/product team on qualified leads.

• Optionally join discovery calls to access higher commission tiers.

• Ensure ethical, transparent, and professional client introductions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong professional network or ability to source business decision-makers.

• Excellent communication and follow-through skills.

• Comfortable with commission-only independent contracting.

• Basic understanding of CRM, automation, AI, and data-driven solutions.

• Proficiency with LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, and spreadsheets.

• English required; Arabic is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Existing industry relationships (e.g., F&B, clinics, SMEs, real estate, fitness).

• Experience in B2B referrals, partnerships, or freelance sales.

• Familiarity with CRM/lead tracking tools.

• Bilingual (Arabic/English) and comfortable with remote work.

Compensation (Commission):

• 10–20% of the first paid project for each referred client (unlimited).

• +5% on client retainers for the first 3 months (when applicable).

• Fast payouts (within 3–5 business days) via bank transfer or mobile wallet.

• Optional +5% tail commission on additional projects within 6 months.

• Example: $3,000 project at 15% = $450 commission, plus $45 from retainer.
