Job Purpose:

To lead and manage a team of recruiters, ensuring hiring targets are met, high-quality candidates are delivered, and client satisfaction is maintained. This role demands strong leadership, performance management, and process optimization skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters to achieve individual and team KPIs.

  • Conduct one-on-ones, team meetings, and performance reviews regularly to ensure consistent development and alignment with objectives.

  • Enhance team capabilities through training, feedback, and support.

Recruitment Operations:

  • Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for diverse roles.

  • Ensure job requisitions are managed effectively within defined timelines.

  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver top-tier candidates.

Process & Quality Management:

  • Ensure strict adherence to recruitment processes, service level agreements (SLAs), and compliance standards.

  • Continuously improve sourcing strategies, optimize database utilization, and drive adoption of ATS/CRM systems to maintain data accuracy and reporting.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for escalations and complex requirements, ensuring client satisfaction.

  • Work closely with Sales and Delivery teams to align recruitment strategies with client objectives and hiring goals.

Performance Reporting:

  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including productivity, fill rates, time-to-fill (TAT), etc.

  • Provide regular performance reports to management, ensuring transparency in team progress and hiring metrics.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience (4-7 years) in recruitment, preferably within agency environments.

  • Demonstrated experience in a leadership or mentoring role.

  • Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, ATS platforms, and recruitment metrics.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in recruiting for GCC markets.

  • Exposure to volume hiring or specialized technical hiring.

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

  • Applicants must be based in the UAE.
